Once again Master Bedroom Ideas is here to bring you the latest news on the design world. Today’s theme is about the new and marvellous residence project by Rafael de Cardénas featuring Boca do Lobo, a design project that mixes various styles and pays an homage to some of the portuguese skills and traditions.
This room design is filled with a gigantic cream marble dining table and large upholster chairs which gives the possibility to the room, to be more than a dining space. It can perfectly be a place to have an informal meeting with closest professionals or business partners. The blossom rose wallpaper gives life to the walls and color to the room delighted with classic hue and textures like beige, old greys, and dark woods.
The D. Manuel Cabinet by exclusive brand Boca do Lobo s a piece of luxury furniture chosen strategically to expand the space and cut the contemporary design of the rest of the pieces in the design project. The cabinet surface has a copper leaf finish, with a sophisticated black lacquer gradient applied on the outside. Its legs are made from solid mahogany and are crafted to a traditional and handmade form, finished in high gloss black lacquer.
A restrained palette of Portland limestone, hardwood, and natural materials is punctuated by vibrant accents of turquoise, fuchsia, brass, and deep purple furnishings from modern European and American designers.
This interior design is full of details, each room having its own design style filled with small pieces of decor that always make a huge difference. Sometimes is about a texture, sometimes it is about a different color, but the truth is that Rafael has exceed himself in everyway creating the perfect home, full of stories.
Manueline Style is the sumptuous, composite Portuguese style of architectural ornamentation, incorporating maritime elements and representations of the discoveries brought from the voyages of Vasco da Gama and Pedro Álvares Cabral, two of the most renamed discoverers in Portugal history. With that in mind, this interior design was though to get a coastal and antique look, as an homage to the portuguese discoveries.
