For the décor renovation of this expensive hotel, Studio Piet Boon’s aim for the modern interior design of the guest room was to enhance the use of space and generate a unique and contemporary atmosphere. The top interior designer conveys authentic architectural elements and refined materials, thoughtful detailing and well-thought-out spaces that together form a well-adjusted whole.
Providing and building generous proportions and clever solutions for each contemporary bedroom, Piet Boon decided to give an impression of enlarged space. Each modern bedroom features an understated color palette of white and grey tones, a sense of space and a created fresh neutral base for accessories.
The top interior designer added a splash of color and the exterior of the cubist-shaped bathrooms is equipped with blue colored Japanese wallpaper. Each bedroom design contains an opposite wardrobe and open walk-in closet that boasts the same color contrast.
The Marriott Hotel Amsterdam is an icon in the Dutch capital through its cultural nuances that are rooted in the interior design of each modern bedroom. Piet Boon created a warm experience and emphasized all bedrooms’ main features as a bookcase, a bed, and bespoke design modern furniture pieces that are overflowed with diffused backlit illumination.
Besides being a top interior designer not only in the Netherlands but also internationally, Piet Boon is also a design inspiration, because, his long career was inspired by a desire to combat a lack of functionality in today’s designs and to create solutions that are both useful and attractive.
