Described as glamorous at first glance, the neo-modernist boutique Perianth Hotel presents a unique design and it is part of the Design Hotels collection. If you are a design-lover, get impressed by the modern bedroom interiors inside this contemporary hotel.
Perianth Hotel is situated by the Byzantine-era Agia Eirini square in a neighborhood resembling New York’s Soho. The modern hotel with a unique design is perfectly located just far away enough from the crowded tourist traps yet within convenient distance form some of the city’s main sites such as the Acropolis and the National Archeological Museum.
This contemporary hotel has only 38 modern bedrooms which is one of the features that make this such a gem. With a unique design, the Perianth Hotel in Athens was designed by Greece’s hottest design firm K-Studio that seems to have designed everything that is marvelous around all the country.
Designed by the K-Studio, the modern hotel features 38 contemporary bedrooms range from 226 to 495 square feet, all with private terraces that survey the Athenian skyline. To compensate for the smaller size of the lower-floor guest rooms, ceilings with a unique design were raised to be loftier relative to those of the larger rooms above.
The hotel is a joyful ode to Greece today: the modern bedroom interiors are inspired by the Athenian modern movement: think terrazzo floors, marble furniture, slim black-metal frames, and wooden surfaces. All contemporary bedrooms feature a king-size bed, a bathroom with a shower, and a balcony. Every detail of the structural and unique design elements has been carefully combined to give guests a coolly contemporary look at a centuries-old culture.
Inside this modern hotel, the design studio has fused together the two distinct and disparate design details with modern furniture pieces. With a neo-modernist interior, this boutique contains local artworks, craftsmanship pieces, and furnishings with a unique design.
