Set in the heart of Milan, the Senato Hotel is a masterful mix of past and present. Balancing a striking duality of tradition and Modern Design, the Hotel is run by the Renza family – the fourth generation Milanese entrepreneurs – has responded to the times by opening their doors of the five-story neo-classic building that was once their private residence, sharing and maintaining a valuable legacy of history and place.
The boutique-style design was created by the Milanese architect Alessandro Bianchi who was drawn by the values of the property’s former residents.
The architect-designed Modern Design, sleek, cozy interiors, which present a curated selection of luxurious materials, marble, brass, handsome wood parquet flooring, and rich velvet furnishings, combined with an intelligent palette of matt black, bottle green, and shimmering gold.

The hotel’s symbol of a Ginkgo Biloba leaf is a reference to the trees outside, that are present throughout its interior in the form of beautifully handcrafted lamps.
Laser-cut metal doorways and details reference the city’s historic wrought iron gate. Traditional patinas add warmth and beauty to Senato’s contemporary and Modern Design interiors.

Senato Hotel Milano is located in Via Senato, just a few steps away from Montenapoleone fashion district and from the Brera district; an area renowned for its artistic and cultural initiatives and that embraces some of the city’s most prestigious design stores, workshop and art galleries.
The 43 rooms hotel was custom-designed down to the smallest detail and contracted local craftsmen.
