The 2nd edition of Luxury Design & Craftsmanship Summit is coming to Oporto, Portugal. This is an independently organized Covet Group event, happening in the coming days 26-27 June.
The Pavilhão Multiusos de Gondomar, designed by the Pritzker winner architect Alvaro Siza Vieira, will be the ideal stage for the presentation of an exclusive event that brings together the creative minds, designers, makers, and luxury brands, to discuss future design trends. A fresh new perspective to debate the most innovative practices of the luxury and design industries as the major players in the growth and tribute of the finest craftsmanship.
Luxury Design & Craftsmanship Summit will include two days of panel discussions, a Live Showcase featuring master artisans and an Open Doors Gallery with some of the best pieces handcrafted by renowned artists from Europe.

The success of the 1st Edition of Luxury Design & Craftsmanship was due to the excellent devotion of partners and renowned entities such as Ambassador Nicole Segundo from the Michelangelo Foundation, Marketing Director Nuno Barra from Vista Alegre, a renowned ceramics brand, among many others. The official opening ceremony was presented by the Secretary of State for Industry Ana Teresa Lehman.

Some of the techniques that will be presented during the event are chiseling and filigree. Boca do Lobo, one of Covet Group brands, has artful creations made in one of these techniques, which could become nice additions to your bedroom interior.
